Payments are processed under a neutral company name. The type of products purchased is never disclosed.

Can I have my order delivered to a DHL Packstation?

Yes, but not for products that require age verification (18+). Those orders must be handed over in person with ID check.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. Orders are shipped only after your payment has been approved and both billing and delivery addresses verified. If you are a registered user, you can also check your order status anytime under “My Account.”

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can always shop and check out as a guest.
However, creating an account makes shopping easier — you won’t need to re-enter your details every time, and you can view order history and track deliveries.

How do I create an account?

Simply click on “Login/Register,” select “Create an Account,” and fill in your personal details.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact our customer support immediately.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?

Yes, we provide discreet gift wrapping and digital gift cards.

How long does delivery take?

Normally 1–3 business days within Germany, and 3–7 days within the EU.

Age & Legal Restrictions

Do you sell 18+ products, and how is age verified?

Yes. DHL’s “Alterssichtprüfung” service ensures the courier checks the ID of the recipient upon delivery.

Can such orders be delivered to a neighbor or Packstation?

No. Orders requiring age verification must be delivered personally to the recipient or collected at a DHL branch with valid ID.

Returns & Exchanges (Right of Withdrawal)

Do I have a 14-day right of withdrawal?

Yes, in accordance with German law (§355 BGB).

Which products cannot be returned?

For hygiene and health protection reasons (§312g(2) Nr.3 BGB), intimate goods cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened.

Can I return a product if I opened the packaging but did not use it?

No. Once the seal is broken, the product is excluded from returns.

What if my product is defective?

You are covered by a 2-year legal warranty (Gewährleistung). We will repair or replace defective items free of charge.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you withdraw for personal reasons, you cover the return cost. If the item is defective or wrongly delivered, we cover it.

How fast will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your return, using the same payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order.

What materials are your products made from?

Our toys are made from body-safe materials such as medical-grade silicone and ABS, free from phthalates and CE-certified.

Which lubricants can I use?

Use water-based lubricants with silicone toys. Silicone- or oil-based lubricants can damage the surface.

What does “waterproof” mean?

Products with IPX7 can be safely used in the shower or bath. Always dry thoroughly before charging.

How do I clean my toys?

Wash with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. Store separately in a pouch.

Can I use toys with condoms?

Yes. For latex condoms, only use water-based lubricants. For non-latex condoms, fewer restrictions apply.

How do I choose the right lingerie size?

Use our size chart. If unsure, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

Can lingerie be tried on and returned?

Yes, if tried on over your own underwear and if hygiene seals remain intact.

You will receive a DHL tracking number once your parcel is shipped.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Contact customer support. We will investigate with DHL and send a replacement or refund.

How do I dispose of old vibrators or electronics?

According to ElektroG, small electronics can be returned to collection points or retail stores free of charge.

What about used batteries?

Under BattG, batteries must not be thrown in household waste. They can be returned free of charge at collection points.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Yes, we minimize packaging, use recyclable materials, and provide paperless documents whenever possible.
